I get what your saying but it sounds like you don't want to do something just because the women can't do it, as opposed to making more money for doing things that the women can't do. I can't speak for those with botched circumcisions or some sort of issue with their penis, but it's such a minor inconvenience it might as well not be considered one. Like if you have a pebble in your shoe how greatly does that really affect your ability to do anything, sorta thing.
