Maybe /u/Hiscore is just saying what he/she is saying because abusing a position of power over someone to have sex with them is wrong. There doesn't need to be a backstory. From my understanding, the way the teacher looks is pretty much irrelevant. Teachers that have sex with students are usually doing it because of the power aspect, and that's exactly why it's scarring to the students.
