I stayed at home when my wife gave birth so that she could finish her college degree. I took care of our son for the first 2 years of his life. I'm actually completely cool with boys being held accountable. The more we are held accountable, the better people we become. Ironically, most female dominant fields have static pay for everyone. For instance, teaching contracts are static and everyone is paid the same based on # of years teaching. I'm a medical student with a minor in psychology. Therapy is good for women, mostly because 76% of psychology students are female. Doesn't surprise me. When I applied to medical school in the USA, I noticed entrance males had to score higher on the MCAT just to have a chance against a female applicant. Current medical student here. Yep. It happens more than you think. Getting drugged, raped by multiple females, and going to the ER isn't fun. Whats worse is no one takes you seriously either. Nurses are almost unanimously women so the level of care for the situation drops to virtually non existent. I've worked and talked to ER doc so I can say firmly yes it happens more than you think. From what I've heard, many men who go into it are in it for the pregnancy part of it where you get to be a part of women's life through their pregnancy which I think is pretty awesome. Most women really don't care. You can see that on Tiktok when they say how tired they are hearing about our health problems. I care about women and treat them the same as I do the men, but my outreach and target audience definitely shifted heavily towards males. Women get enough attention when it comes to cancer outreach, so I do everything I can for the men.

It means we have to go beyond just trying. It'll take serious effort to do so. I'm a medical student going into oncology. I plan to make scholarships available to only boys and to do my part in advocating.
