In Australia, bad, I think it will end up the same way England currently is. There are some breaks here and there for men, but overwhelmingly the court of law is on the other side. Take de-facto relationships, you don't even need to be married for 'financial dispute'. It's treated the same way as it would in a marriage, basically marriage means nothing now, if woman say man bad, then man bad, if man say woman bad, man lose job, social standing and much more.
