It's part of the process. Here's what you do: close your eyes and play back the scenario and feel the anxiety just like how you felt it in that moment. Then imagine yourself approaching her and feel the anxiety increase. Pause and allow yourself to adapt. Next imagine yourself approach closer and closer until you kiss her, all while feeling the anxiety increase. Repeat this over and over by yourself and you won't freeze up the next time you are with her. If you do, then simply increase the amoun…

You're being called to become better. I suggest you answer the call.

Absolutely, but you've already progressed past that level of feeling sorry for yourself. There are higher levels. Every time you want something and get rejected, it causes a little fire within us. This is beyond our conscious control. When people say they don't feel rejection, that doesn't mean those little fires aren't there; it means they have become good at quickly retreating from them and being deceived that they aren't there. Or it means that they have become completely disconnected from fe…

It's about training yourself to be able to stand in the middle of adversity and endure it. When your self destructive and self harm tendencies don't affect you anymore, then you can get back in the ring. Build that strong foundation, so when your world gets shaken, your house doesn't crumble.

Stop going out. You need to get in control of yourself first. Disturb yourself and then stabilize yourself. Working out helps you develop this, but initiate it yourself internally. Do it ALL THE TIME. If you are comfortable at any moment, you are failing yourself. Visualize how you felt when your relationship ended if you need to. Disturb yourself and then stabilize. Do it as soon as you wake up in the morning. This is internal. When you invite the internal pain, then you'll stop the self destru…

The part of us that complains about the game or about girls is in opposition to the part of us that is striving to improve ourselves. I wanted to make the point to look out for that because it disguises itself in moralizing. I don't care about Nietzsche.

One thing I am convinced of though, no one knows everything about it when it comes to this topic. It needs to be studied more. Not many people get to that level. Everyone initially focuses on presentation (physical appearance and superficial status indicators), some develop insights into the importance of behavior and deeper level status indicators, and then there are very few that realize the deepest levels of status connected with identity. I see people that are attempting to teach how to tran…

BUT, I think if your energetically intouch with your masculinity and she is the same with her feminine nature that it Trumps social proof and bypasses social status itself. I have had some really really strong, like omg I never knew this was possible experiences that were 100% polarity based and had nothing to do with social status itself. I am not entirely sure what you personally mean by "high status". Some people use it to describe social status only and some people use it more to describe in…

Due to the shortage of actual masculine men, some girls are so starving for it they will agree to put up with all kinds of shit just for a cheap imitation of one. I agree with everything you said. A detrimental relationship (to me) is one that is abusive or at least borderline abusive. To enter into and stay in that type of relationship, a woman is acting from trauma. "Putting up with all kinds of shit" is basically every relationship, but yes the higher status a guy is compared to the girl, the…

Nietzsche identified this a long time ago. Instead of overcoming an issue (inability to attract women), it's more convenient to claim moral high-ground ("girls aren't attracted to guys who treat them with mutual respect") so you have an acceptable reason to quit, or an excuse for failure while preserving your ego. It's based in resentment and it's not good..

It's anxiety related and it's very common. Your inaction is due to your anxiety being stronger than your desire. Here's how to fix that: Think about a painful experience related to a girl that you liked in the past that you felt rejected by. Next, try to embody that pain of rejection. Locate this pain in your body somewhere in your chest area. Hold onto this pain continuously. Maintain this long enough and you'll have more than enough desire to get move you to action.

They will get into detrimental relationships because they are hardwired to crave it so much. Masculinity is not detrimental or disrespectful. It can be and often is DISAGREEABLE though. What you are describing is women with unresolved trauma looking to be resolved. Be careful not to overgeneralize.

Claiming moral superiority is the number one rationalization for cowardice. It's very common - don't take it personally.

"This might sound desperate but I'm actually not." Maybe you should be. Inadequacy and dissatisfaction are at the root of growth. Become your harshest judge. Actively look for your deficiencies rather than reassure yourself. Or at least don't deny or escape from your flaws when they present themselves like everyone else does. You are young but don't deceive yourself into believing that self growth is easy or will occur naturally.

We are all evolutionary adapted to quickly, and subconsciously, identify the status of others. Interjecting yourself into a group at a club is a high status move. That doesn't mean that if you do it, you can temporarily come across as high status; it means you should only do it if you already are higher status than the group. The angry reactions of other guys is a reality check that you are not high status enough to pull that off. It has nothing to do with a technique or a line - it's deeper tha…

You're scratching the surface of the answer. Men react this way as a result of embodied trauma that has been passed down through evolution. Women are expert identifiers of the status of men in the hierarchy, so when men get rejected, it gets interpreted as a harsh reality check to their place on the hierarchy. Being at the bottom of the hierarchy has been historically threatening to a man's well-being which is why it can be traumatic. Why some men feel this anxiety more than others is a separate…
