Agreed with most points, as I should since I read your blog. However, it's a common misconception that Asians (East Asians in particular) have the lowest testosterone; in fact, the opposite is true. East Asians have some of the highest test levels in the world. Current scientific literature does not support ever going over .82g/lb of protein. It's just not necessary. Too much protein leaves less room for the testosterone increasing macronutrients, fat and carbohydrates. I was like 5'10 9% bf start of senior year in high school, and now (freshman in college) I'm 6'2" 13% bf and getting waaay more pussy.
