Wow, I've never seen that study. Forgot about good 'ol alpha-5 reductase and DHT; no wonder black men are so much more masculine on average. I'm the only masculine-looking one of all of my 3 brothers (half-white, half-asian) which makes sense now. Must have just lucked out of the Asian genetics. Thanks for the response, going to read the full text now.

Loved the podcast /u/IllimitableMan. Agreed with most points, as I should since I read your blog. However, it's a common misconception that Asians (East Asians in particular) have the lowest testosterone; in fact, the opposite is true. East Asians have some of the highest test levels in the world. Doesn't change the fact that most of them are passive and BP as fuck, but I think it may be due to cultural factors/higher estrogen levels.

Total lbs, believe it or not. Here's a link to Menno Henselmans's article. Guy is really well-versed in all of the science behind bodybuilding.

Current scientific literature does not support ever going over .82g/lb of protein. It's just not necessary. Too much protein leaves less room for the testosterone increasing macronutrients, fat and carbohydrates. I would recommend taking your daily calories and allotting 20% of it for protein, and the rest of it split evenly between fat and carbs.

Like Amanda Nunes level of jawline? 100% on testosterone increasing steroids. On the other hand, some females just naturally have squarer jawlines

Hip width is also genetic bro. If your parents have wide hips, you probably will too, regardless of your estrogen level. Also regarding love handles, any sort of calorie-restrictive diet will burn them off (theoretically a low-carb diet will do so even more effectively).

Prominence of the jawline and the "square" look is a common sign of high testosterone. Wide shoulders and narrow hips are signs of high testosterone and low estrogen respectively.

I see your point, but in my anecdotal experience that isn't the case. I was like 5'10 9% bf start of senior year in high school, and now (freshman in college) I'm 6'2" 13% bf and getting waaay more pussy. Edit: Now that I think about it, it's almost certainly because girls are way sluttier in college. Fuck it. You're right.

Here's one for you: 5'10 man, 8% bf 6'2" man, 14% bf All other variables remain constant. Who is more attractive to women?

lol. I guess I say this because I have two friends, both with average game, faces and social status. One is short (5'6") and ripped (~8% bf), one is tall (6'4") and chubby (~18% bf). The tall one pulls waaay more.

Height would definitely be above abs.

I feel like the top athlete at a school would pull way more than an average dude with great game though.

Will do man, thanks. I've read my fair share of horror stories on trp, so I've been taking precautions.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
