I think we don't really approach men because we (at least I do) prefer to be comfortable with who we're talking to. I prefer to see the vibe i'm getting from a guy, if he's hesitant he probs isn't interested so i move on, so i don't get rejected. There's nothing malicious or mean about being rejected anyway, sure it hits your ego. But some people just aren't meant for each other and thats ok.

You might even have to look at it from a socio-economic perspective. E.G do wealthier men have different qualities than poorer men ?
