Enjoyed reading this post. I liked the example with the spotter. I've been working on myself which took a long time to actually happen again. Something that really helped me find out what it is I wanted out of life was meditating. Thinking to myself and writing down what I wanted helped. I still haven't gotten laid but after taking the RP it's not even as big a deal as I made it out to be. Like before my thoughts were to work hard and to get laid as the end goal. Now, I realize how women really …

Sleep is one of those things that I always take for granted and realize it immediately when I don't get enough. I once had so much free time and slept crazy hours (going to sleep at 7AM, getting up at like 4 PM). One thing that helped me get back to a regular routine was getting a job. Was forced to work around that time and I got good sleep too. Nowadays I take sleep for granted because I just hate sleeping because I don't feel tired. It probably means I need to work harder through the day so I…

Fairly new to RP and I think you have a decent point but I don't think this theory makes much sense for someone who is RP'd. Sure you can message a girl more but doesn't that mean you submit more to her frame? Also, why would you have to cockblock? I think if you follow RP theory, you'd know that you being with her is just your turn.

I agree with RP making you understand what you need to achieve things in life. Before I got here, I put women as the end goal and still focused on goals but I lost myself because that end goal didn't have much meaning to me for what I truly wanted. I read the sidebar, started going to the gym this week (first time ever going), and trying to apply myself really, really helps. I was in a dark place and now I can feel myself picking my life back up thanks to being here.

I was recently in a dark place and didn't know who I was or what I wanted anymore despite working on my goals for some time. I had feelings of regret, felt lost, felt depressed, felt relieved from the constraints of needing to do something, and mostly felt my primal urges/needs lifting me out of bed (eating, masturbating, using the bathroom). My biggest problem was that I got so caught up in work and my goals and this thing we called life that I never made time for myself to actually feel how I …

Thank you for the response. I can do other things but deep down I know I want this and I know I'm going to regret it if I don't at least try. It's gotten to the point where I just have to make that first step but damn is it hard to change.

Thank you for the encouragement. I'm going to go to the gym tomorrow. I have no clue on what to do for my first day. Do you have any tips?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
