That's not always the case. Alimony is supposed to be money for lifestyle changes in a relationship. So if she had no job before they got married and became a stay at home wife, what did she sacrifice? Unlike say a working woman who decides to take several years off to raise children, she loses experience and earning potential. Like if my wife were to divorce me right now she shouldn't get half, she didn't change her lifestyle for our relationship and I had pre-marital assets. In fact she has a …

I mean there should be several temp sensors averaged for any open office concept, but people cheap out. Return air sensors also work, but it's not exactly the same as the air in the space.

That post started as just how the school was sticking their nose into students free time, and then it just snowballed into wtf, why did this school allow any of this and how did I not get expelled. It wasn't meant to be a humble-brag, but just some of the stupid shit that people saw and knew about but did nothing. Yet a girl got expelled because of zero tolerance rules and a set of friends trying to ruin her. I don't really get it. And that's why that list snowballed.

That teacher was from Drexel. I went there 07-11. I'm still waiting to hear any results on that.

My school had a rule where you were under school care until you entered your house. (Or something like that). Several after school and off premises fights were punished with detentions/suspensions. Then my sister's class had a girl get expelled for being in 3 fights, because after the first one, the friends of the one girl individually got in a fight with her. 3 fights and you're out. Zero tolerance. There were more girl fights in my school than boy fights because most boys hit their 2 fight lim…

The main argument I hear against that is all the 'deadbeat' dads would use it to abuse the system.

Nah I knew that, but what I was saying is that if you decided while underage to take sexually explicit pictures of yourself, owning the picture should not constitute a crime. That should literally be the only loophole in child porn laws. If its a picture of yourself, and you alone are the only underage person in the photo, then there is no law broken. If you give that image to someone else, then you should be charged with distribution of child porn. If that image is found after the police do a s…

Part (a) is a reasonable charge, because aS a minor the state is claiming something wrong was done. Part (b) is should make part (a) invalid. I mean I'm thinking way outside the box here but if you were 13 and took sexy pictures of yourself, then waited 5 years and distributed them, then I could sorta see it. But even then a picture of yourself at any age doing anything should be considered free speech. And in that scenario the distribution would be the issue, not the owning it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
