There is in fact a prudence clause for tickets exactly for this reason. I’ve been pulled over for felony speeds multiple times in my life and I’ve never been arrested, thankfully. Not a great thing or a thing to brag about, drive a Prius now so like🤷🏻‍♂️, but being prudent has gotten me out of/reduced tickets many many times. It’s always best to just own it and be apologetic.

Have taken a lie detector test as a part of my probation, can confirm, they aren’t really accurate about “lies” but more “reactions.” I’m ADHD as a motherfucker and you have to be COMPLETELY still which is pretty much impossible for me. I had a “severe reaction” on a known truth question three times in a row, severe reactions on two of the polygraph questions, and came inconclusive on every other reading, including known lies. Which makes sense because ADHD. Cant not fidget, it’s literally a psy…

Didn’t happen to be the one on Filmore St, would it? That’s where we went. We got propositioned for a three-way by a gender-fluid person (who had obviously been heavily abusing hardcore stimulants) with a lime green buzz cut while we were smoking cigarettes outside. It was one of those moments that I’ll never forget, honestly. So casual. Just like cruised on up to us, borrowed my lighter, and was like, “hey you guys wanna fuck?” drags hard on cigarette

DTBM2 😇 I remember starting the Album somewhere in Nevada and it was a crazy fire year for North Nevada and northern Cali that year (pretty sure it was the year before the Paradise fire complex?). Battle Mountain was burning, like fucking crazy huge hundred thousand acre plus fire. Planes and helis and more fireman than I’ve ever seen in my life. I watched battle mountain burn while I listened to downtown battle mountain 2 lmao it was the most metal I’ve ever felt in my life

I drove from SLC to Ukiah, California for some pussy once. The circumstances were right. Girl I used to play halo with when we were kids and then kept in contact as we grew up. We were both newly single. I drove from Phoenix to SLC for a fucking speeding ticket from two or three years before that went criminal because I got contempted...I drove up, took a week off work, had a couple grand cash with me, only for my lawyer to call me the morning of the trial and tell me the case had been dropped b…

Well, it becomes much easier when you think about it in terms of what should I sacrifice? My job and dignity, or her job? I’m a felon and lucky to have the position I have. I won’t jeopardize it for anything. Doesn’t mean it didn’t hurt and I haven’t been thinking about it all day. Doesn’t mean I didn’t lay in bed last night with the sound of her choking up running on repeat in my memories like the second track skipping on Dude Ranch after I dropped the Walkman my mom gave me for my 7th Christma…

I mean I hear what you’re saying about her going public. I will counter with nobody ever lodged a report. At any point. To me, my district manager, or HR. We’re a small company, maybe 100 employees at the most. Probably not even that right now. Everyone is on a first name basis and she was a new employee. I have compiled statements from all the employees involved and each and every one of them mentioned that they didn’t tell anybody due to their own cultural biases about “manliness” or “machismo…

I agree entirely. It’s the loop I’ve been running in my head since it happened. I absolutely agree with every point you made and the decision I made in the moment. It’s definitely been a learning experience. Honestly thank you for being so objective. I’ve been emotional as fuck about this all day. She cried so much when I handed her her termination paperwork. It was heart wrenching. She has 4 kids and is recently divorced and Christmas is 4 weeks away. Ultimately, it was her decisions that led t…

I literally just fired a female employee today for flagrant sexual harassment. To be fair, it’s extremely uncommon. And much harder to spot. It went on for months with a half dozen male employees. During my investigation, she said the interactions were reciprocated and it was more of a consensual sexual relationship with multiple male employees. Those male employees vehemently denied it and half of them had digital or physical evidence to the contrary. I saw footage that showed my kitchen manage…
