1	AMA with JULIEN from REAL SOCIAL DYNAMICS! I started in early December. I was in a rut for a while and started trying new things to get myself out of it. Meditation just worked for me. I would say about 3 times a week now for about 25 minutes but 2 of those times are always on the weekend. It's hard to make the time during the week because I'm so busy but I'd like to be doing it every day even if it's only 10 minutes or so. Give it a shot, man. When I do it, I fell like I'm giving my mind a chance to catch up itself. I feel more aware of myself and more in touch with other people. I don't let little things stress me out anymore and I feel like I can handle any situation which takes away a lot of anxiety. I would definitely recommend you try it.
