I would agree that this is the biggest problem. With any "justice system" we could endlessly debate the process of the tribunal, or the rules of evidence, etc. But if this basic tenet isn't upheld from the beginning, the whole thing is a sham.

I understand the whole "don't take societies rules as a given", but I was referring more to "accepted among reasonable people". This is just my experience, but even with good "RedPill" parents, there's a time beyond which your adult children are free to fuck up their own lives.
