My REA has said Feb is generally better but also I think sees a bubble. It’s really hard in my own mind to bet in it coming back down. I had a lot more to say but cut it. Are you able to talk or have a mutual person or talk between lawyers gawd forbid, to learn what the other party is thinking? The other party in these cases above may not say, but it could be a lot going in psychologically delaying from signing. I could see #4 as well if there’s a home sale in the mix. Just camping out as the housing market is going through the roof. Can’t buy one in the same area with the payoff so might as well drag it out.

I agree they just don’t cook the same. Its a new adventure in cooking. I suggest getting an instant pot mini with a steam basket. Experiment with it! Rice cooker that can do small portions. I think stir frying can be done to scale.

I like this advice, but I also think levying a constant threat of divorce is a manipulative play. Do it or don't. That will hang over you for the rest of your life together even if she stops saying it tomorrow. So if you have a sense of a time when she is receptive to your expressing your own needs in the marriage (because this kinda sounds like a one way street right now), you must express what you said here and see if she gets it, if she gets that an absence of positive feedback is doing this …
