I mean i wouldnt say mgtow doesnt say bad stuff about women. I was banned from both r/feminism and r/mgtow for not being radical enough. I was banned for saying that MGTOW makes itself look like incel sub if they dedicate all of their time and energy to hate on women. I also said that just because someone is a woman, doesn't make her opinion wrong or her opinion worthless by default. Essentially, MGTOW sub is a community of misogynistic radicals, something I don't really want to associate with.
