Well, in a sense, true, you are right, because when you start “learning it” it only delays the inevitable for a few minutes and you may start to wonder if it is even worth it. However, she also gives plenty of advices on having better orgasms, and how to actually get back soon after orgasm and enjoy sex in a new/more pleasurable way

Actually. There’s a whole book showing the opposite of what you are saying. It’s called « How to make love all night » by Barbara Keesling and it’s a very useful reading.

If you goal is pure hypertrophy, I agree it might not be the best one even though the Split he suggests in Practical Programming could be quite good. If you are an intermediate, I’do go with 3-2-1 BBB and again, stick with it.

Thanks for the return. just remember the key to being a smooth talking is not to try to be one What do you mean ? you work out for you and you alone You are definetly right, you should aim to keep your workouts based on your objectives, not on others perception. However, I've badly expressed myself : I meant people who use the "It's fine, I don't want a girl who only likes me for my muscles blabla"

Mix of Zinc, Magnesium, Aspartate and Vit B6. Great support overall but still, definetly not an essential.

Those are definitely not essentials. OP wants to keep it simple and the ones you mentioned would be probably be 9th or 10th if not more on the list.

I have difficulties seeing your point here. So even if you learn a lot from TRP, you still will have to change some of your life values ?

This is why I added « by their 20’s ». I agree lots of people ask about skills in general and what to do during free time (even if there’s 100 threads about this on TRP). What I wanted was answers directly linked to being young and if you should rather spend your (best ?) decade travelling or full monk mode for example.

PeterJohn is right. OP had to chose between spending a night with cops (+ probably trial) or come home with a stolen lamp/pee on the walls. OP chose wisely.

Read it all. Great post. Honestly, I just got rejected and feels good to read a post like that. Few questions : 1) Did you « encounter » (don’t know if that’s the word) C after your transformation ? If yes, how was she ? 2) How old are you now ? How’s it doing since the Tinder chick ?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
