I can attest to this, I am not the best looking guy in the world but I can get a number, at least, any night I want one. It is mostly inner game. Keep up with the cardio OP and add in some lifting. I would say 3 days of good lifting (ie not machines) and 3 days of good cardio. Make a routine and switch it up every week. I have 2 main lifting routines. I do, lets call them A and B.
