Eh the right answer isn’t to restrict combat arms, sure most of the infantry and combat engineers will be male, but imagine an infantryman has a daughter, she’s average size but really wants to follow her daddies footsteps all her life and has been trying really hard, I want her saving my signaller arse more than I want a guy who outweighs her by half but only joined to pay for college.
