We have been able to see that women, usually only when less subdued by patriarchy (women who were independently wealthy, women whose fathers and husbands didn't control their time and access to learning and materials), have been inventive too. 5	Restrictions on "financial abortions".... ....where are all these consenting relatives able and eager to take on the task of caring for a disabled child for whom they did not plan? Why are they taking on the emotional, financial, and temporal burden?
