My son was highly influenced by her. He’s since come to realize that she is emotionally and verbally abusive and I’m helping him with that as he prepares to move away. I’d initially say though, walk before run is true, but I think there’s a difference between generalizing and synthesizing. Economists make generalized statements but it’s based on acquisition of a lot of data and compiled in a way that one can make a conclusion based on seemingly disparate data points... in other words, synthesis.
