2	Date night fights. Help! It sounds like some of his panic is because you expect him to plan a date night that matches your interests more than his interests. I think @lateralthinker13 made an excellent point - he is reticent to plan another date night that you won't like. When you want to do a more adventurous or active date, I think you need to continue to be the person that plans this. Plan all the details for kayaking day trip, and make that a date that you lead. 3	"Equity" training at work If leadership actually cared about hiring more women, when they find that they don't have qualified female candidates, they should be evaluating their recruiting process -- not hiring unqualified women. Take down the job posting, try something new -- new job boards, new advertisment, new wording, and then start the recruiting process over again.
