7	Women being promoted over more experienced Men. It was just norm. In my old job I always saw women get opportunities I had been fighting hard for a while wayyy before they even come close to the mileage / experience I had. They'd get to go to cooler places. Their job security was flat out way better just becuse they were a woman and were "needed" on the team. 27	What is your take on Jordan Peterson? Hard to not like someone who advocates for change on the individual level from the inside out. 1	Females of this subreddit, what made you a supporter of Men’s Rights? I support her on this. Was by defenition originally defined simply as equal rights and then it just got hijacked relentlessly and then hijacked by hijackers very similar to religious divisions like Mormon sects.
