Not only did it relieve my headache from my boss, but I also met my girl friend and we're still together years later. Like someone said, just by being in a group of like minded people gives you an opening to talk to others. I use to finish work each day with a headache from my boss. But after an hour in an aerobics class, the headache was gone and I felt much better.
