Vaping got me and like 5 other people i know to quit. No one vapes anymore either. It's crazy how much more addictive cigs are. Get yourself a good mod with a digital display, a couple decent glass tanks with atomizers/coils/whatever is in right now, and some tasty ass juices. Old video game music can do it too. Megaman and megaman x OSTs in YT. Newer shit like Crypt of the Necrodancer and Shovel Knight get you hyped too. I love old NES OSTs as well, Journey to Silius, Silver Surfer, and Dragon Fighter are some hype ones off the top of my head. I also listen to a lot of Buckethead. I lost 130+ lbs eating mostly fast food and garbage. Spent the last 6 months losing 35 of those lbs while also getting swole.. Still eat whatever. It's not that hard. Counting calories baby! Yeah, this is fucking garbage. It's like someone Googled a top 5 ways to lose weight and tossed it into auto translate. I've lost over 130lbs and know the game. All of the pushed methods in this post aren't sustainable. Once people stop sucking snake dick or whatever fad buzzword, they will gain it back. Count your calories and don't go over too much. Eat whatever the fuck you want within your calorie limits. One meal a day and Intermittent fasting are great though. Keep counting calories.

I can understand the camaraderie sports interest can create with strangers. I've never had an interest in watching sports. I've always felt that it was a huge waste of passion and aggression in men. Plus almost every sport league is corrupt as fuck. The fact that college ball players can't make a dime off thier name while the league makes billions on them is disgusting. I recall being in 8th grade and our young female art teacher had us spend two week using crayons to color in coloring book pages.
