The whole point of men's suits is to all blend together and fade into the background so that female outfits become the center of attention. Imagine a bride having to compete with her groom's outlandish costume at the wedding. Never gonna happen.

Yea.. hate to be a buzzkill, but if cheating on men is part of what makes women so hated, why is it ok for men to cheat on women? Part of the whole "being better than women" thing is to, you know, actually BE better than the shit they pull on us.

The problem with HGH is that high IGF-1 levels have been shown to cause cell growth/tumors/cancer. It's great when you are young and growing and have little accumulated damage to your DNA. As you age, it gets riskier to encourage a lot of cell turnover and growth. At the very most you'd want to raise levels to moderate adult levels, nothing more. Source: 2 physicians in the family, who could give it to themselves but don't to minimize cancer risks. Also, fasting really cuts your IGF-1 levels, as…

Yea that's even worse than OP's story... Jesus the BluePill is strong with that one. Did the guy have no family to set his ass straight? My mother would have chewed out my ass on a daily basis if she found out I was being a monetary doormat for some bimbo. Where were his buddies.. dude needed an intervention.

Man's timid heart is bursting with the things he must not say, For the Woman that God gave him isn't his to give away; But when hunter meets with husbands, each confirms the other's tale— The female of the species is more deadly than the male. Rudyard Kipling

Well, the other two things Id tell myself would be not to get married, especially to the woman I did. I would tell myself to investigate this thing called "the red pill" when it came along. Id also tell myself to start investing in stocks like Apple, Cisco, Microsoft etc ( this was back in the 90s) and it would have made me a multi-millioniare. I bought a new Corvette in cash, in 2000 and if I had used that money to buy Apple stock. I'd never have to work a day in my life again . I'd also tell m…

Not so lucky with my calf - check this GIF I made of my left calf, which I tore doing standing calf raises. No not personally. I'm not against it per se, but I do tend to see people throwing around weights with olympic lifts, and I have to wonder about people using correct form. The clean and jerk and snatch can fuck you up if you don't know what you are doing ( Just like every other lift) The yanking of weights combined with instant acceleration can really cause damage over the years. Some of the crossfit videos of girls violently yanking up weights makes me cringe, knowing what that does to your con…

You should do what feels safe to you, and some folks are built for heavier weights than others. My general point was that in MY particular case, when I started benching over 375 I could feel my shoulders grind. I ignored that and kept benching anyway. If I had it to do over I'd just stay below 375 and do ever more sets and reps with less rest to continue to improve. I'd also switch exercises up as well. But part of American lifting culture with younger guys is " what do you bench?" so I focused …

I'm not saying stretch, I'm saying warm up the joint by putting a small amount on the bar, or grabbing very light dumbbells and doing warm up sets to get blood flow into the area and establish a "groove" to the reps. This helps avoid weird shit like tendons sliding over the joints awkwardly, joint cracking etc. If you are young, you might not have experienced what I'm talking about yet, but at some point when you get older, you may encounter this thing where you just hop into a heavy set, or jum…

Take it from an old timer who has thrashed discs in his back and arthritis in my hips and knees - Keep your EGO at home. That's means always warm up, don't bounce weights - ever. Stacking on a shitload of weight and getting wrapped up like a mummy only to bang out 4 inches of rang of motion is fucking stupid. You only have one body - treat it right and it will serve you and last. Treat it like shit and it will come back to haunt you guaranteed. I lifted for ego when I was younger, and now I deep…

Come on guys, we all know she was trying to reconcile the Copenhagen interpretation of Quantum Reality with the Everett Many-Worlds theory using Bohm's pilot waves as a mediator for the non-locality paradoxes which would inevitably arise. Yes for sure.. in fact I've seen stuff floating around about injecting Testosterone causing a temporary decrease in mental function/cognition/impulse control etc, but an increase in aggression, cellular repair, blood pressure etc - all short term boost to keep up alive on a hunt, or in a fight. It seems like the higher T levels in a forming brain push the bell curve to either extreme, so that we have more dummies and more geniuses (hence the autism-male brain association) whereas women have a ti…

That's what I mean by people being the product of their social framework - academia is heavily liberal, so existing in that world is going to influence you to some extent. Intelligence is a primarily genetic trait independent of political views. It's like saying men with blue eyes who like chocolate tend to be liberal... any correlation can be explained by social factors, not genetic ones. Besides, what is "liberal" one decade might be considered "conservative" in another. Ideologies and politic…

Load of bullshit. Tons of the most brilliant minds in human history would be considered "conservative" today. They were products of the overall framework of the society they lived in. Perfect example is John von Neumann, probably one of the greatest intellects to ever walk the Earth. His peers (the world's top physicists and mathematicians) considered him the greatest mind they had ever encount…

Notice how these guys always have back stories where she cheated on him way back early on but they "moved past it" I always stop reading there. Not interested in the rest. Everything that came his way, he had coming to him by taking back a cheater. It's really very simple boys - They cheat, they're gone. End of story.

She wanted him to acknowledge it, which would have turned her on. His preferred response was supposed to be "No worries - I couldn't help but notice" Then she knows he was thinking about her in a possibly sexual way. No way was this innocent or sincere. This was flirting 101

I don't see anything wrong with crying your eyes out when a close family member dies. Suppressing huge amounts of anger, stress, and emotional pain will only cause it to reemerge as illness, depression, body pain/cancer/etc. Doesn't mean you should go on and on about it in front of your girl. THAT is a no go. But it's not like we are in Iraq or anything. Fucking cry if you feel you need the emotional release. if you need to be along to do it, whatever. Women are more important to survival of the species. If most of the men died out, a few men could rebuild a tribe, if most of the women died out, it's over, because there is a hard limit on how fast humans can reproduce. Hell a man could get 100 women pregnant in 50 days, but it takes 9 months to bring them all into the world. Not saying we have to take it lying down, but women will always be seen as more important than men until test tube wombs become a thing.

In my experience, the best way to thwart metabolic issues and allows gains when dieting strictly with keto is to just schedule in weekly refeeds where you spend a meal or two scarfing down carbs. This helps reset issues with the thyroid, androgens etc. Refer to Lyle MCDonald's pdf book about the PSMF diet for more info. It fucking works.

Good luck posting ANYTHING on that sub if you don't kiss OPS ass and stuff sunshine up people's ass. I became unnatracted to one of my exes because of her personality and insecurities. She was cute to everyone else, but I knew the real her, and it tuned me off. I stopped touching her and never felt like being intimate. You know how women lose attraction to weak and insecure men? Well it works both ways.

I've never seen anyone lose respect for someone by them standing by their beliefs. Wow I have. Got into many arguments at school and work over such things over the years. I should have kept my mouth shut, but I figured fuck it, if they were gonna go on about something, I had every right to chime in. I myself find that I loose respect for strident women feminists, so I'd imagine they feel the same about me. In fact I know several women who hate me basically because of my political views. I didn't say pretty girls are out of reach. I've dated plenty. What I said was that Kaley, being a famous Hollywood actress and doing Maxim and GQ photo shoots etc, has a higher SMV that any of us will ever have. Dating an ordinary model is not the same as dating her. The fact that millions of men, far richer and more famous that us, know who she is and would gladly fuck her makes her beyond all of our reaches at this point. It's fine to not dig her, everyone can have an opinion. But when you co…

Right on. I wasn't trying to go off on a whole tangent about how bad ass I was. lol. If you see Royce in UFC fights against big dudes, he doesn't really try to go toe to toe, he typically faked the knee kick, tied up, and tried to go to the ground. That was his whole approach. Being big and strong gives you a false sense of security because you end up man handling guys and burning through your reserves and get winded. I was constantly fighting that instinct. I remember we learning about key lock…

No he was very weak actually and, light. maybe 185lbs. I had at least 100 lbs on him. But he had technique, endurance, and toughness of a world champion (well back before modern MMA at least). We trained in GI's and I could easily fling him to the ground and shut down a lot of what he tried to do, but then again it was only for like 2 minutes at a time. No way am I saying I could beat him in a real fight or match. He would have simply waited for me to gas out and then crushed me. I was huge and …

Thx, I'm pretty much over it, but along the way I learned a lot about how people act under pressure, and I took the Red Pill. Looking back I made a ton of mistakes, and perhaps if I had known more about female nature, it all could have been avoided (the divorce). I definitely displayed many beta traits along the way such as losing confidence, showing weakness, being negative and complacent. In some ways I feel it was meant to be so that I could move on in life and be a better version of myself. …

It's not a matter of money itself making you sexually attractive as it is the fact that money will convince women to sleep > date > marry men they wouldn't otherwise, because those men offer the women the promise of an easier, more high status lifestyle. She may fuck the poor Chad and fantasize about him, but she will typically marry the rich ugly guy nonetheless. The more money and status, the less attractive you have to be.

Warsaw Pact. whatever.. Distinction without a difference. Doesn't change the fact that Eastern Europe is ass backwards compared to the West when it comes to medical care. Not triggered, just amused at people being misled that the US and Eastern Europe are on the same level. I'm not saying it's not great in many ways, but for anyone with a medical condition, do your research and think twice before jumping headfirst. even senior women are very quick to start shopping for a replcement They are hardwired to quickly adapt to a new Alpha. Just look at how female lions go into heat and mate with new alpha male lions after their cubs are killed by him. That instinct carries through to all women to some extent, just like we are hard wired to want to fuck as many women as possible.

One extreme or the other is not good. So much porn you cant connect with a real person is obviously bad, but there is no point to ignore your body's needs week after week, month after month. Wait to get tested a few weeks after your stop your last dose. The half life of various testosterone esters ranges from a few hours to a about a week or so. 4.90 ng/ml Around 500 is not too bad. Not ideal, but far from shitty. You want to be in the 700+ range ideally. You are in a tough spot because no doc will write you a script if you are in near 500. It might be possible to get tested again in 6 months, and this time don't eat much or sleep for 2 days straight.. that might really tank your levels temporarily. Your facts are a bit confused Synthroid is name brand T4 Cytomel is name brand T3 Armour and Nature Thyroid are name brands of a blend of T3 and 4 (and a tiny bit of t1, t2). Armour was originally made from pig thyroid, so it had all phases of the hormone present You can also get generic T4 and generic T3 seperately. or take both. You need a full thyroid panel to see what type you need. In a normal person, the pituitary will convert T4 to shorter acting T3 as needed.
