| 1 | I read a post on here about not taking everything from TRP very literal what advice should I ignore from TRP? Some of it seems very beneficial and some of it seems outlandish. The post also said it can be damaging to take some of this too serious and I think that’s happening to me.This is a support forum for people looking to improve themeselves and their relationships. Yes there's some extreme ideas thrown sometimes but like any collective group their is some extremists.
