Just take your time to get over it. You can't force everything back to normal. Writing could make things worse (depending on what you write but generally unless you are a smooth talker you won't get far). Even if you don't want to lose her as a person, let things be for the time being. Try talking when you reflected upon the situation you've gone through. ​ Source: Had a similar situation.

I'm flattered :) Yes a stone-cold autistic person can meet and attract a girl. To be honest I don't believe in psychology especially when it comes to "Human Labeling".
