There is nothing wrong with being an introvert, likewise charisma has nothing to do with introvert/extrovert. Sure extroverts will naturally develop better social skills in general, but don't try and change the basis of your personality, it won't work. Just embrace being an introvert but do a bit of work on your actual social skills.

It is always the guys fault, Make your intention obvious - in this case wanting a romantic relationship. If the girl says no / wants to be friends then it's the guys choice with where he wants to go there. I think you'll find it's nothing about you but his negative feelings towards himself. It's easy to get to a point where there is so much self loathing that it's impossible to imagine anyone would actually be interested. Colognes contain different chemicals that will react with your skin differently. As odd as it may sound you need to go to a decent place with a counter and ‘try on’ half a dozen by placing a small amount on your skin and waiting to see how it smells on you.

Just like to add some things to this otherwise great list. 1) the only thing you should put in your ears is your elbows. Please no Q tips they can injure your ears leave them as is unless they are blocked. 2) On a more personal note please avoid exfoliating scrubs that use plastic micro beads, that shit just washes straight out into the ocean. Either find plastic free ones or make them yourself. I use a simple sugar/oil scrub and it's fantastic.

Eh, by and large there are women that like every type. Consider freakishly large body builders, most girls aren't that interested but there are more than enough girls that are. As a massive introvert it’s something I’ve struggled with for years. I wish I could give you expert advice but I’m still working on it, improving sharply though. Hanging around with a bloke I work with who is a huge extrovert has really helped me. Made me realise I should just say what I want and have fun with people. Also talk, talk to everyone, try and give everyone you meet a small positive experience for both of you. Greet and treat everyone like you are old friends. Oh and names, learn how to remember them and try your best to remember everyone’s name.

Only if you want it to be over. Start by cleaning up your diet, and doing cardio 3x a week, the couch to 5k program is great for this. If you can afford a gym start lifting, if you can’t pushups, crunches, planks, squats and dead hangs/negative pull ups are your friends, In a few weeks you’ll start to feel better about yourself as you get some minor accomplishments under your belt. Then it’s time to start improving other areas of your life.
