Why, because I don't love watching someone get the shit kicked out of them for a few dollars? Fuck off

Punched and kicked in the head while she's on the ground? God damn you people love violence. Probably couldn't fight your fucking way out of a wet paper bag, either. Fucking pussies.

Newsflash: women commit rape, too. And inb4 "men can't be raped," women rape women, too.

Just a dead fucking giveaway that groups like feminism aren't actually asking for equality.

My point was that they expected to be treated better since they now consider themselves a woman. Sounds like a dead giveaway to me. This is consistent with trans men who report that they're treated worse by society at large since dressing/looking masculine.

Thank you ma'am, for admitting that women are treated systematically with privilege, not oppression.

Yes, analogies give people a different perspective on a topic I help explain. Same work, same pay. Same crime, same punishment. When someone brains their spouse with a hammer and dismembers their corpse with a saw, I don't think it matters whether they have a penis or vagina. I also still think that you are wrong.

That doesn't make sense. If 10 engineers in a company are men, and 1 is a woman, and they all have similar skills and experience, why would the men get paid more simply because more men are engineers? Similarly, if 10 men are murderers to every 1 woman, why would it matter in sentencing that there are more male murderers if the crime is the same?

You know something is amiss when people will completely ignore a disparity that is six times greater than a disparity that the same people will riot over...

Yes, please link the Jezebel and BuzzFeed and Mother Jones articles that somehow turn the male plight into some kind of privilege.

Thank you for the lesson in European morality, the same European rumorality that brought us having sex with young boys.

Women like this say they're disregarded and then completely prove themselves wrong by 1) believing that every action men take is because of them, and 2) when women take obnoxiously cunty action, nobody opposes them.

Did you even read your own link? "This does not mean, however, that anyone over the age of sixteen (16) can consent to sex with just anyone else. As of July 14, 2018, it is illegal for sixteen (16) and seventeen (17) year olds – even though they are of the legal age of consent in Kentucky – to engage in sexual acts with those who are more than ten (10) years older than them."

Yeah they covered that: "After controlling for the arrest offense, criminal history, and other prior characteristics, "men receive 63% longer sentences on average than women do," and "[w]omen are…twice as likely to avoid incarceration if convicted." https://www.law.umich.edu/newsandinfo/features/Pages/starr_gender_disparities.aspx
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/20 02:43 PM

Yeah, like I said elsewhere in this thread, it's only when the woman acts completely alone that people are forced to give a slightly harsher sentence than she would have gotten if she acted with a man. But, the sentence is still generally lower than a man would get if he committed the same crime and acted alone

Wow, you're right, I haven't. A known sex trafficker... and she probably won't serve any time...
/r/PussyPassDenied26/07/20 02:20 PM

I agree, but I don't think people should be left to exact their own revenge. If she defended herself in the moment then I think it's justified, but going back later and getting revenge isn't.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/07/20 10:09 PM

So what's the point of having laws if people can decide for themselves who is guilty and what punishment they should get?
/r/PussyPassDenied25/07/20 09:28 PM
1

Unfortunately, every story I've read that involves a man and a woman, the man ALWAYS gets a MUCH heavier sentence. It's only when a woman acts completely alone that they come to within half the sentence a man would get for the same crime...

They assume grown women are children and 12 year old boys should be tried like adults.

You're absolutely right. It's such bullshit.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/07/20 08:15 PM

Yeah, but it wouldn't be as bad if we weren't told every day that men are privileged and women are oppressed in all possible ways.

Man, that is fucked up. Should have been 12+ years.
/r/PussyPassDenied25/07/20 08:04 PM

How about going to the police? After 5 years she takes the law into her own hands, which is never justifiable unless it's to stop something imminently affecting her. Instead, she exacts her revenge while he's sleeping/sedated. I think that's just as fucked up as raping someone.

Google "gender differences in criminal sentencing" and you'll get a ton of things to look at. Here's one: https://www.law.umich.edu/newsandinfo/features/Pages/starr_gender_disparities.aspx After controlling for the arrest offense, criminal history, and other prior characteristics, "men receive 63% longer sentences on average than women do," and "[w]omen are…twice as likely to avoid incarceration if convicted." It gets worse.. man murders woman, life without parole. Woman murders man, 10 years. The disparity between male and female sentencing for the same crimes is astounding. A couple universities have performed studies on this, the results are disgusting.

False accusations should carry the same sentence as the crime, because if convicted on a false accusation, the man would be raped in prison.

And to think some women are upset that articles call a man raping a woman "sexual assault" instead of "rape." Meanwhile, they damn near call a woman raping a boy "the woman treating the boy to a good time."

Totally equality, except not at all

Yes, that's exactly how it works. It's called a double standard, and all political groups have them right now. They only advertise evidence which supports their shitty ideals.

How much of a cunt do you have to be to throw your beer on someone knowing that they can't punch you back or else the whole crowd will jump him?

If you fuck with a dog and get bit, people say it's deserved. If you fuck with a dude and get punched, people say the guy should go to prison and get ass raped.

My buddy's girlfriend bragged that she turned a coworker in for telling a dirty joke that she overheard and was awarded $30,000, that he got fired, and that she took the next 6 months off work and spent it in Europe.

Ummm pour milk on him, square off with him, and start.. punching? Flailing? Whatever the fuck that was. It's not like she poured the milk and ran away. This is what my sister did when we were kids - she would throw stuff at me, kick me, punch me, and when I reacted, I got in trouble. She never got in trouble even though she was older and bigger than me.
