You should still go to the doctor to help you discontinue the use of the drug to create a treatment plan for you. Visit a doctor, they will find you a substitute based on your med history.

Well if they only contacted you to ask you for shit then that was the best thing you could have done. I don’t try to purposely ignore anyone. Damn, this was well put. I'll definitely work more on myself and what I need to work on is getting more Christian friends as I have none. The hardest problem with all this is finding a Bible-believing church but I'm moving to Helsinki next year so I think I'll definitely find one there as it is the capital. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I will start reviewing scripture through the bible app until I can get a hard copy. I do focus on the negative a lot and I try to be mindful of it but I will try harder. Churches in my area are not meeting that much in person anymore due to covid but I will try to contact one to see if I can join in on the online ones.
