| 2 | It's shit like this...Just a point: I don't think prosecuting people that reveal themselves to have been lying would prevent actual rape victims from reporting it, but one could make the argument that it would deter women from revealing that they had lied. It's definitely shitty, but one of the few ways that a false rape accusation (especially one that happens days after the supposed crime and is based almost entirely on a testimony) is to have women come forward. I tried to tell another friend (girl) about it.Girl here, I'm so sorry that some girls have an attitude like the one creeping on you or your friend. Neither is okay-- one is wrong/criminal and the other is enabling.
