I'm a nurse and most of my female nurse coworkers I've had make more than their husbands and most of them are in very happy relationships. Very telling you had to make it about me being gay. 8	Why tf are female to female compliments considered the norm, while male to male compliments are considered "gay"? Idk, but as a gay man I don't compliment men I don't know VERY well because I don't want them getting the wrong idea and beating the shit out of me. Women often don't do it because men are so starved for affection that they usually see it as flirting.
