I understand what you're saying, and you clearly don't understand the complexity of the topic. Have a good day

Pedophiles always have a target preference, just like non Pedophiles always have sexual preferences. Pedophiles don't just "see child get hard" they have distinc attractions based on gender and age range.

In a sense you are correct. Pedophiles are Pedophiles and being gay straight bi or whatever else doesn't inherently maketh one a Pedo. However, a man who only predates little boys is clearly a gay pedophile. A woman who only predates little boys is clearly a straight pedophile. Every sexuality is equally capable of pedophilia

There are gay straight and bi pedophiles and you can determine which by looking at their victims. I think that's pretty self evident.

Raping little boys does. Pedophiles can be straight or gay look at their victims to determine Edit: to be clear I'm saying there are gay straight and bi pedophiles, and you can determine which by looking at their victims.

It depends on the type of divorce they filled for, if she had no interest in splitting the winnings she likely filed to separate property based on who payed for it and not on joint ownership. If this is the case the ownership of the ticket goes to the party that payed for the ticket. Obviously I don't know what happened in the case but this seems most likely to me based on the few details the post contains.

Ah now that raises an interesting question did she buy the ticket? If the ticket was bought with non shared funds on card from the husband's account the judge may have ruled that the ticket and therefore the winnings were his property and not hers.

These measures would not affect people whose accusations could not be corroborated. They would and are intended to target those who make malicious and fraudulent claims, essentially innocent until proven guilty still applies and only those convicted of false allegations would be placeable on the lists. There are always those who muddy the waters by misrepresenting that all failed accusers would be listed.

Well a good step one would be to reason out a plan yourself as that is the ability you are aiming to improve, this would also be a good exercise in creative thinking two birds with but one stone.

Well I can see that you are too stubborn to concede your own misunderstanding of how and why these sorts of tactics work and are used. I highly recommend you find a way to improve your logical reasoning abilities and imagination which is of course a key skill in deductive reasoning. I also recommend reading up on basic human psychology it's quite interesting and will assist you in interviews be it as an interviee or interviewer.

So if for example their reaction was crap you caught us then you don't find that useful? Or if their reaction is to try and bribe the investigators you don't find that reaction useful. You need to be a bit more imaginative my friend these examples should not need explaining.

There are appropriate signs that can be used to determine if further investigation is warranted or whether they can safely assume that their current findings are accurate. It is as I have previously stated an inaccurate but useful tool. A bluff that on occasion pays off and therefore has merit in its usage.

I personally do not support the death sentence but it's not the police but the courts and government who would be the arseholes. To be clear I only protest the death sentence in terms of execution imprisonment until death is in my view a better system as it allows a much longer span of time for false convictions to be discovered and rectified.

There are certain body language indicators they will be trained to identify. These are by no means perfect but they are useful they allow investigators to identify various situations, for example if a husband is insisting on sitting in on the wife's interview and the wife appears frightened or agitated this can be a sign that she has been coached/coerced at best and abused at worst. Usually insisting to sit in is a cultural thing and is resolved by allowing an all female interview team for the w…

The petition has it's place as it will demonstrate to the courts that public opinion is against leniency if anyone ever bothers to report her to the relevant authorities. Until then it is basically just bluster, I doubt that half of those who have signed the petition are even in Canada which in itself may discredit the petition in the eyes of the courts.
