Honestly maximum a relationship works out is 35 miles away. Anything beyond that and you can't see her regularly. In addition to what the others recommend to you here, check out Doc Love's "The System" for dating advice.

A couple trips is nothing. Women are on best behavior during those trips.

I would question how you know all of these qualities about her if you are long distance. The ONLY way to get to know someone is in person. People can put on an act over the phone. Do you not have any women locally?

Have you researched borderline personality disorder? Also what exactly do you mean that you started "running" with one of your female friends?

So if you read the book by the Blue Pilled Professor called Saving a Low Sex Marriage (I believe he founded married red pill), it says not to start implementing red pill stuff other than lifting and self improvement when your wife is pregnant. In my view your wife doesn't sound all that bad and many ancient cultures including medieval times sex during pregnancy was seen as eating and then vomiting. It's really not so necessary and it would make sense from a biological standpoint that the woman h…

I do think you might need to ask yourself if now is the right time to take piano lessons. I mean you have a 6 month old..... Doesn't sound very practical.

You should consider going through Financial Peace University by Dave Ramsey with your wife. They have groups in churches. It's helped a lot of people.

You really need to talk to a counselor or a lawyer. I'm Catholic so I usually don't support divorce in anyway...but domestic abuse would be an exception. If she is hitting you and it's leaving bruises this is very serious man. Also as others have said on this thread she will likely blame YOU for the abuse and YOU will end up in jail. I had a buddy who this happened too. After going to jail and then on probation where he couldn't travel out of state he FINALLY was cleared of this false charge aft…

Women can say they have no control over PMS but guess what...do they act at work like they act at home when they have PMS? How convenient.

If I were you I'd lift, get your job situation fixed and not go through with the divorce. I'm sorry but there is a lot of data out there that divorce messes up kids. Put your kids before what some random people tell you on Reddit. Leverage the fact that she doesn't want a divorce to get change in your marriage. You made a promise (marriage) and the most manly thing you can do is keep it.

Be a Renaissance man and use the toolbox approach. Take the good, leave the bad and filter everything through your Faith.

Your wife asking you to do things with her can actually be a good thing. Think of it this way, she wants to spend time with you. Every day is too much though. Just tell her no some days but save it for Friday or the weekend. Keep it unpredictable because women don't like boredom.

I have a similar problem because I'm a teacher and off for the summer and I do online side hustles in the summer and I'm taking an online masters program...but I'm home. I'm planning to go to the library for extended hours to work on my papers and see if that works Is there a way you can find a way not to be home? I think women don't do well with us working at home. In their mind if we are home we are not working.

It's better to practice it and say nothing. If the time were right and your wife is open to it, you could introduce her to Steph Gordon's material. But usually telling women about where you get your ideas is a bad idea. I made this mistake and paid for it dearly by mentioning Pearl Davis to my wife. She accused me of being a Muslim! The main thing though is your woman will only get on board with you leading her if she herself has her spiritual life in order. Does she read the Bible on her own in…

The 90 day thing in writing sounds strange. This is your wife, shouldn't you be able to come to an agreement without that? Seems wimpy. How often do you keep in touch with your mom? How often do you talk about your mom to your wife? The red pill philosophy is more of a mindset than anything. Have you read the book "Saving a low sex marriage" by the Blue Pilled Professor? I'm Christian so I don't take his advice on flirting with other women or considering cheating on your wife, and I don't believ…

If you have kids and want to stay married, for their sake you need to be on the side of your wife, not your mom. Your wife views you as weak because you let your mom control your marriage. I went through a similar situation in my marriage. Once I set boundaries with my mom things got better. You married a Westerner. If you wanted to keep your culture you should have married within your culture. With regards to your wife study up on "being the oak". By the way how often do you talk to your mom?

It's because a lot of the stuff talked about in red pill books was just built into the society and culture. Men were men and women were women. People also were content with what they had.

If you are Catholic you are definitely going to want to check out Timothy Gordon and Steph Gordon. Also check out Elliot Hulse.

Thanks I already follow that and have posted before. That said there is a lot of negativity there and their main conclusion is nothing can be done. At least MRP gives me things I can do for positive change.

Of course it's hard to explain the whole situation on a forum, but I've literally come home to a bunch of stuff in the house destroyed followed by a few days later her passionately in love with me. She does the same with other people too, like her mother. She's also had 6 jobs in 5 years. "Standing up" in the past has almost led to her getting violent. It doesn't work. It only escalates the anger. These are not things your wife is going to necessarily do if you don't have "frame". I've been told…

Good stuff here. I really like retro gaming. Shouldn't a man have interests that he just likes that are just for fun? I'd play videogames on breaks (I'm a teacher and I get Christmas and Spring) and my wife would say I'm "always" playing games. I had to put her in her place and show her objectively that's not the case and it's no different then her scrolling through Twitter all evening. I think videogames get a bad rap when they really shouldn't. Another question....other than sex...what does yo…
