I am not a doctor but, can relate in that perimenopause was the possible catalyst in my divorce as well or, the book Outlander. Yeah dude heck out the area round AshevillehighlandNorthCarolinaand thereabouts. I did a rentalRVand drove out west. Took my dogs and a bunch of books. Also met up with some friends to do a bird hunt in the middle of the journey. Best of luck!!
