Do you have examples of more men not being able to go into athletics? Because millions if not billions are spent on mens athletics, and some make more than is spent. If the ERA is passed men will be able to sue for their rights in situations that they couldn't before, it is a very big deal.

Consistently through my life my baseline for men is between 15-years older-5 years younger. You want to be with someone you can have a good conversation with. Looks are not really too important, but men who go after much younger women always seem smarmy to me so I avoid them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
