I got a couch once for 2 sessions and honestly the workout is easier and more fun with one. I felt like with the coach I did really good workouts and in only an hour. Try out either bathmate or the AngionMethod, there's a subreddit for it. I use to do it for a bit over 4 or so months and I noticed a massive improvement in erection quality and a slight increase in size. Bathmate is probably better for begginers but angionmethod is free and I've found it works great.

I mean there are girls who I know who have taken me out in groups to places, hell this weekend I'm going to an event with a mate and a group of girls. Nope, I've literally become more confident with going up to girls and have improved my speaking skills and I get way worse results. Girls like attractive healthy looking guys just as much as guys like attractive looking girls. Yes it's not impossible to get a hot chick if you're out of shape but it's far less likely that most gym chicks with abs would ever date a fat guy over a in shape one. That's just facts

Fuck dude that's awesome, any loose skin or anything? I wasn't super big on dating apps but I usually got most my girls at clubs or bars since I would go pretty much every single weekend. I find dating apps kinda shit and only really used them when I was kinda desperate for pussy. Get some hobbies and go out a lot, start listening to lots of podcasts that aren't about lame shit like video games or movies. I use to be pretty boring but then I have way more passions about things, things like motorcycles, mma, fitness, health, work, making money, adventure and travel, drugs. I've also got a lot of stories and stuff saved up just from being able to make more friends and go to lots of different parties and nightclubs

I tried listening to that and honestly the first few hours felt really unmotivating and after that I didn't feel like I learned that much. I'm really into the self improvement sphere and have read other books and watched videos that sorta have to do with that topic so maybe somebody who hasn't would benefit from it.
