It depends a lot from people to people. Like I said in my case when I meet someone new I always look at their watch. This rule does not apply to everyone, maybe it applies just to a few people. Anyway, do you have any watch that you would like to suggest?

The more you text, the more likely you are to fuck things up or even worst, you may end in her orbiter. I would avoid chatting but do not tell her this directly. Save your talk to the meet-up.

If a girl texted me "Don't act like the cool guy." I would just ignore it. Also, you invited her out and she gave you a plausible excuse. I would wait maybe a week and then invite her out again. If she denies, next.

I always go for something that I enjoy and that I can do without the girl. For example, I like laser-tag. If I met a new girl I might text her "Hey, Friday I am going to play laser-tag at [SOME PLACE]. Meet me there at [SOME HOUR]. This way if the girl can´t show up she will know that the plans are still going to happen and I will be having fun without her.

Sounds like you did not read the sidebar. she loves me as a soul mate but dont want to be with me more than just friends She rejected you, why would you keep wasting your time with her? She is clearly not interested and since you ghosted her, she is likely to be manipulating you just to keep your attention. If she wasn´t attracted before she isn´t now. As you said: she just used me as puppy Keep manipulative people out of your life. Hard next and never talk to her again.
