2	How do you engage with someone working a front desk job? By what you describe I am imagining you are like.... a UPS driver or something, and deliver to the same spot often... Anyway, besides my guess... I think the best way to further engage somebody during the little snippets of time you have is to engage. I don't of course meant mount... but if you are truly interested in a person, and they recognize you somewhat... ask about something they do in their spare time.
