Best advice is lawyer up. Don’t play the nice guy as others have said. I hate my ex wife more than anyone on the planet. Fuck em all. And get the best lawyer you can find. With luck, maybe she’ll end up having to foot the bill. Do all the dirty shit, clear out her accounts, and everything you can. That’s my advice. Be a dick.

Feel your pain. My lawyer sucked, but her lawyer went behind closed doors with the judge and came back and I got fucked. She didn’t make good arguments, but it was 100% clearly rigged. Judge said I don’t get it cuz my work schedule, I go in at 6 instead of 8. I later got proof that I could go in at 8 on my days with them, but next lawyer said the judge wouldn’t change her mind, though that was the only explanation of why I don’t get them, even on paper. So, I’m now lawyerless and fucked for 15 y…

Eh, no. I wouldn’t even consider mediation. She no longer has your best interest in mind, obviously. I tried the mediation path, though my ex left me and set up this elaborate picture to use against me while I was gone on military orders. I thought, fine...you suck, you don’t like me, it’s over fine. But, there’s no reason we aren’t civil enough to work out what’s best for everyone moving forward and for my kids. I was wrong. She turned into this psycho bitch I don’t even know, made up accusatio…

Divorce and parental rights shouldn’t be as twisted and biased as it is in this country. My experience, women testify, men have to prove things in court. Furthermore, income to the woman is valued more than the father’s influence. It’s a fucked up situation.

I mean, she didn't hold ex in contempt when she clearly was, didn't give me 50% custody when I deserved it, even when the ex said I did too, and much more... Classic case of lawyer working with the judge behind closed doors, because the ex didn't want that, but said it in court. That's very illegal. Her reason, I had to wake up my kids 45 minutes earlier for schooo...at 0530...even after I could wake them up at 0700, she just didn't rule, saying "you appealed my decision, guess I can't rule on t…

Supreme Court rules I looked up. She yelled at me, me alone. Questioned me for being atheist and more. Lawyer fought me on it a bit, but I looked up and quoted Supreme Court law to him, he pushed it, and she stepped down, afraid to face ridicule I imagine. That wouldn't look good publicly.

Exactly. My ex wife piled up what I thought were confident issues that will look terrible in court, but in reality weren't bad at all. She saved evidence for months, then left while I had mandatory military training that took me far away. Destroy that bitch for mankind. And I agree, it will be better for your kids. Ps, judge was terribly biased, just got her kicked off the case, most likely too late, but we'll see.

Not that it means much for me, but just got a biased judge off my case..believe the rumors you hear about judges, mine were all true, she was terrible.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
