it wasn't necessarily as much some time ago. It was more about things like an abusive mother losing custody of her children and that sort of shit which can often pass just because they're women, idk, it's definitely been sexist always but not as bad as it has been lately

oh yeah definitely me too, but the disney execs doing the decision think the opposite. I guess i said it a bit wrong, I'm definitely on Depps side here, I think he should get all of his roles back, but i do also understand why that almost certainly won't be happening.

A defamation suit is just a bit different than a domestic violence suit. In a domestic violence suit, the prosecutor has to prove that they've experienced domestic violence in one way or another, or that something's been done to them, which is often easy to prove through recordings, bruises/wounds and other damage. length varies In biological women and in biological men, most sports have different leagues or categories for different lengths, and the ones that don't, usually then it's not a big changer. Lung capacity and longer limbs wouldn't be the biggest advantages but yeah, i guess that is one. But lower testosterone than most natural women, making it harder to develop muscle mass I'd say makes the advantage not large, if not non-existent

So a man, born female, with increased testosterone levels due to hormone replacement therapy, with increased muscle build up and almost an entirely male body missing just the male reproductive organs should compete against women who haven't gone under hormone replacement therapy? The same with trans women but they're at a huge disadvantage there.

trans women do not have an advantage. They take Testosterone blockers and Estrogen making their testosterone levels less than what most women have, making them have a disadvantage, as muscle mass build up is way harder for them and they lose most of their muscles whilst transitioning. The only advantage they have is thicker bones which doesn't help them much.
