“Stop fucking explaining explaining yourself to other people.” - Yes. “Also your lifts are pathetic.” - This is a fucking trap to get me into explaining myself why. Cheers, bro!

Agreed. Lads get banned for posts or questions that might be somehow stupid, but they are still valid. Everyone here just curses himself by “read the sidebar”. Reading and understanding are two different things. But it is everyone’s own choice if he wants to help a fellow brother or let him sink to boost his own ego.

If you only dared to open WISNIFG, you’d understand, MRP is nowhere close to manipulation. My kids don’t want to play with me because I manipulate them to do it. They truly want to. Same principles apply to your wife/GF, friends, colleagues. And if they don’t want to play with me, I just respect that and do whatever shit I want to do.

The true MRP does not do it for women. True MRP does it for himself. Make the best out of you, whatever it is. Identify your strengths and make them stronger. Identify your weaknesses and make them vanish. Lift. Grow. The rest will come to you. Not because you beg them to. Because they want to follow you.

Mate, you replies here are just spits. STFU not only applies at home, but also when you have nothing valuable to say.

Very good spot. As I always need to stfu more, happened to me several times, my cocky answers were over the top and got out of control. Then it backfired and your frame becomes too heavy to be held firmly. Keeping your ego under control is part of a game we all need to master.

Impressive weighs. I am fine with that. The whole point of lifting as I understand it always was: get up your fat ass and do something for yourself. Feel the pain, work hard cause that’s what makes you better man. I cannot object that at any point. But I am active person who, amongst others thing, does lifting. You kick my ass here, I might kick your ass in football or something else. Not important. I am not giving up all my sport activities to gain in lifting. Why? Cause it wouldn’t make me hap…

I think creating unrelated goals that would require different approaches, and expecting to have any success, is the definition of foolish. I have my goals at my family, at my career and at my personal improvement as well. I'm not giving my family due to focusing on work or the other way. That would be foolish. But let's agree that we disagree. you are still skinny-fat 8 years later. That's your blind assumption, innit? Before my moving I was benching 70 kg, deadlifting 120 kg and squatting 80k…

Both of course. Football is something I do since childhood and of course I want to get better on it. It doesn’t exclude improving on sexual strategy in parallel. Giving up all my physical activities and focusing exclusively on lifting to master sexual strategy faster (and I wouldn’t be certain about the speed at all) would be foolish.

True. But I have lifted for years omitting dynamics/functional training and as I started months ago, I see huge progress in this field. So now I’d rather pick one intensive sprint session over heavy weights, but it doesn’t mean I am not getting back to them. My point is that I do sports regularly 3+ times a week and ain’t no lazy cunt. Thank you for stressing the importance of lifting anyway :)

4 minutes or more, point taken. NMMNG read a few years ago. Some shorter stuff irregularly. I will take WISNIFG as per recommendation. What have I done? I guess I haven’t been too honest with myself thinking I am doing something. I started by this first OYS to put my thoughts together and having them reviewed. Thanks for that.

Czech actually, but as per looks and nature, I would fit into both above. Sex is on a tap when I keep my frame. So now always. But I am the one to be blamed. Read NMMNG a while ago, made me think differently. Haven’t read WISNIFG, could be a good next step for me. And yes, I am entitled, I just wanna try things differently. And probably with being bit more humble. Thank you.

OYS #1 33 yo, 185 cm, 87 kg, married 3y, 2 kids Ultimate goal: Constant improvement of myself, never ending process. Current mission: Put my shit together MRP history: Swallowed pill 2015, very passive MRP for about 4 years. Relationship: I fuck up big time. Why? Cause I got all the power to be top, but I cannot work my shit together. Very low ability to STFU in the critical moments. I try to give excuses cause of my hot head, but that’s just shit. My marriage would be easy, I see on my wife how…

If you are a physics teacher or pilot, I guess it doesn’t stop you to enjoy Marvels or whatever comic stuff (not much into that myself). You just know the shit they are doing ain’t real. Take the same approach with those songs. Bear in mind they are not meant to give MRP advice and simply enjoy them. Taking things easy is also part of the game.

Man, I just love the moment, when a girl tells you, that her bf is jealous about you. If you manage to handle this situation correctly, you'll be the king over there. Acually happened to me recently: After some time I returned back to my hometown, one evening going to a b-day party of a girl (let's call her E) I used to bang for a short time before I moved away. She was there with her new bf, whom she didn't tell, we used to bang. I was in a good game mood, so it wasn't that hard to make out wit…
