Maybe u are my sign :p that I need to step up. No approach in this society often means no girls either... they are so used to getting approached. if u wouldn't approach u wouldn't meet anyone either. Dating app here in Norway is brutal.

Cool. My problem is I don't approach even if I get a smile or have a connection dancing or something. I also get my special satisfaction via porn idk if that affects the desire. I don't have a big sex desire. But I do need to do smth, need to meet a girl or two as am in mid thirties. Was more adventerous when younger starting out. I do know the theories.

I'm pretty sure he has been horny one day, looked at porn and thought "damn I wish I could do that to a girl". Or that he one day had his own feelings or dreams on how he would want to touch her body. It's much easier in the moment tho, when one gets horny and u have thoughts of how u want to touch her or do to her.

Well Have more fun. Be in the moment. Notice something she’s doing and join her. Or try to make her join u. If ur good at talking to strangers then continue being urself doing what u do, just don’t forget to cause sexual tension and jokes. Try not to focus on getting the girl, that just causes anxiety in ur head. In other words if ur having fun and ur happy with urself, show that and try not let anxiety take over. Hope it’s helpful. Yes I have some amateur advice based on my experience. Don’t try to be sticky or try too hard on the guy. It would Just turns him off. Be attractive or put o attractive clothes, makeup etc. And use ur humor/intelligence! :)

Girls come and go. Learn to be social, hunt for pleasurable talks with anyone not just girls with intent to pick up. Get new friends who will lift u up, not who pull u down. You need to be honest with ur self and most importantly with people. Don’t be afraid when they talk or ask about girls. Say the problem u have say whatever issue u have. Don’t hide it what’s the point of hiding it? U only live once, perhaps they suddenly will say something that u will appreciate or learn or grow from. So yeah just be honest, ull be fine. Best advice IMO is be your self. Especially if you say you’re more confident in life. Don’t be shy to share your interests. Be open. if ur date or whatever doesn’t like it or doesn’t like you when your being urself you move on. Don’t force it. You can also try making more friends and be social without any other intention (like having sex). This would open you up a bit and you learn to be yourself and share your interests to other people, and eventually to a potential mate.
