You don’t have to reject the parts that are associated with making yourself confident and increasing your self esteem as well as working on yourself to becoming the best version of yourself. There are certain things that trp is right about like focusing on yourself, self improvement things like that but the toxic behavior that it teaches comes from a place of toxic narcissism and a need to control and some of their beliefs are just a joke.
