1	Does Anyone Even Know Exactly What Happened In The Brock Turner Case.. At ALL? This is probably what happened. I read the case report and didn't see shit about her truly being passed out. It was supposed that she was passed out. IE, she gets caught being a slut and pretends to be passed out until the cops come. Then since she was shitfaced under CA law she can't consent.
