1	I got my first number! Oh no yeah same here I was straight up terrified when I first started. My first ever approach was in the campus gym after finishing my workout, I was hopped up on endorphins so that gave me the boost I needed. But my 2nd approach was me sitting around in one if the dining areas on my campus, and when I decided to ask her i felt like I was having a mini panic attack. No endorphins to help me out. 2	I got my first number! Yup, senior in university in the good ole US of A. 1	What’s the best method you guys have found for “incremental exposure”? I just recently started my exposure by doing cold approaches in my college. Did one last week after finishing my workout, and another today while I was getting lunch. Both turned me down lol. And they were both hot. Way out of my league. Girl from the gym was a volleyball player, second looked like an insta girl. Thankfully they played it off nice, thanked me for the compliments and I took my cue to leave the stage. 3	Beginner (35M, no sexual experience). I don't want to be a pickup artist. I need something basic to get me off the ground It doesn't necessarily have to be ballroom dancing. Any kind of dancing works like salsa and tango. I use ballroom dancing as a catch-all term for any type of formal dancing. I need something basic to get me off the ground I recommend ballroom dancing and teaches you to get over awkward body language with women since you know you have to hold them while dancing As well as proper eye contact and confidence since dancing, at least in my opinion , is mostly just being confident in your own skin. Not to mention, you'll be meeting lots of women in those kinds of settings.
