I feel ya. Not as much as you, but for a long time there I let myself go, and then I overdid it the other way. I'm 6'4", and at my heaviest I was over 300lbs, but after a really bad breakup I got down to 170lbs (calorie restricting and LOTS of cardio). Now at 220 is the first time in my life that I've really been noticed by women on the regular. I guess my point is women REALLY only want one weight range, and that's between muscles and chiseled and muscles and a little bit of chonk.

I really don't think 'blame' is the right word here. Unless you blame the lesbian couple for being absolute wastes of DNA.

Soooo... he brainwashed himself into believing he's a potential rapist? That sounds completely normal and sane :: hides behind a desk::

Thanks very much! Looks like the jury made the only right call in this whole situation.

I've had a no contact order, which is stronger than a restraining order, and I was told if he showed up in a public place that I would bs the one who would have to leave. If my sister hadn't been so upset that she was in tears, I can't honestly say what I would've done to that SOB.

The second he thought he did something wrong he gave her a formal and honest apology. That's the right thing to do.

Implying that someone is a rapist IS a reason. And a damned good one at that.

Alright, bad example. If you don't know WWE look up Randy Orton. He's not huge but he's ripped

It's definitely possible. If you do some research you'll see these guys are eating between 3000 & 5000 calories a day and working out 6 days a week. Trust me when I say it can be done. You won't look like the Rock, but you can definitely look like Chris Pratt

I know it's hard but you may want to do what I've learned to do over the years. Don't keep your mouth shut. Shut that sh!t down.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
