It seems to be a trend in the media. When a woman rapes someone it's "had sex with" or "slept with" according to the media (every damn time). Just watch out for it. You'll never catch them simply saying, "hey this woman raped someone"

Hospital staff in general makes stupidly long hours and it's hard work as well. Nurses generally do get underpaid I think. And if you look at a hospital bill I wonder why they can't get a little bit more.

Since there are 63894 different genders, what defines a "mother"?

Let me guess, and once she wins this case, because for some reason he doesn't need to give consent, she'll come claiming that child support cash and then he suddenly also has no say in it for the same weird reason.

If she doesn't feel sorry, the judge should add to her sentence until she is. Sadly it doesn't really work that way. Also this isn't a "pussypass" story, just a dumb bitch who got caught being a criminal.

A life sentence in the Netherlands is still "until you die". It's rarely given, but if so only the King can grand your release in some ceremonial plea. The King also rarely grands such wishes. Exceptions are when the detained is gravely ill, will die soon anyway and just wants to say goodbye to family or something.

DNA tests are pretty solid evidence. And if a 17 year old victim can point at a 5 year old kid being the result of the 17 year old being raped by an adult woman, then yes, the boy was raped when he was 11, and the "mother" cannot hide her DNA from prosecution. 20 years is fine. Let her rot and die in jail. Child rapists generally don't have a good time in jail.

That was not my point. I already tried to make a disclaimer that I know the law, but that drunk driving and killing someone should simply be a very hard punishment. Not because you killed someone on purpose, but because you chose to drive while drunk.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/09/19 09:49 AM
1

Yes that's true, but that's why the law is weird about it. Drunk Driving isn't targeting specifically, but as there are many deaths by drunk drivers each year, the punishment should be so fierce people who get convicted everywhere will be made an example of. Just make sure everybody knows what's up, and they don't make "a bad choice". as in "nothing will happen, they won't catch me".

Driving while drunk should be counted as first degree murder to be honest. I know it isn't, but it should. You knowingly drive while drunk, you know you are drunk, and you know you are not fit to drive. Therefore your kill is done while knowing this could happen. Premeditated kill.

11 years for murder is still not very much. But it's better than nothing. And yes I know the law and yes it's technically not murder, but I believe driving while drunk and then killing someone should be. The punishment for fake rape claims should be a lot higher. In the 10 year mark higher. Women need to realize that this isn't just some joke you pull on someone. It will destroy their lives, and will make rape claims even more rejected for women who actually were raped, but the reputation of those fake claims will affect that. Fake rape claims need to be punished as if they single handed tried to destroy several lives. Which counts as multiple murder attempts. Go rot in jail for 15 years or so y…

Most women don't go out and demand a sextoy to be banned because they don't want a specific gender to pleasure themselves in the absence of a sexual partner. A sex robot is and always will be a toy. They simply can't grasp that fact, and will not succeed. Luckily.
/r/MensRights13/08/19 10:25 AM

Yes but these "feminists", which aren't real feminists, just man haters, were rejected by many men in their lives, so it's a principle of vengeance for them. So naturally they want to hinder men in any way they can. Just out of spite.

And we shouldn't have double standards. He's still 9 years too late coming out with it. Stop accusing people of rape/sexual assault well after any form of evidence is long gone. That's not really explained in the article. They just want to make the stereotype and the appeal change. But that still doesn't make people join on different terms. They already chose to become something else than firefighters, so just changing the shell of the job doesn't change the job. It's still a job that's not for the weak, and some people are simply not physically build for this. Especially women. In that case they need to make the job more attractive towards "non white" and "men". Nobody is barred from joining, women can also join, sure. If that means you'll get rejected from a job as a firefighter because your skin isn't dark enough, then we're going to have problems. So what is Harvard exactly trying to say? Are white men more likely to be strong fearless people who risk their lives on a daily basis while trying not to get incinerated? Or are they saying that women and not-white men are cowards who don't care about anyone but themselves? Or do they call them weaklings perhaps? But it needs to change apparently, I'm cool with that. Well, being in jail because you killed a pedophile and prevented another rape by doing so, you'll get the soft seat. But meanwhile, murder is never okay, even if it's a completely justifiable thing to do here. In this modern day and age everyone deserves a fair trial. If we would allow this, things get spooky really fast. But yes, child rapists should be put to sleep. I fully agree, I would kill him too. Murder is still not the right way to do it.

It's not funny, but a simple mock execution. Security failed on this occasion once again.

The maximum prison time for minors is 2 years here (Netherlands). So it doesn't matter what you did or why, 2 years is the maximum punishment for anyone under 18. And up to a maximum of 1 year for 15 year olds. So basically your can commit genocide as a minor and get away with a slap on the wrist.

Since she is underage she will not get any form of punishment at all. That our current "rule of law". And that's horrible.

Wel, if it is bad, and meant to be "homophobic" but "I hate men" is fine. Then does this moron also think it's okay to hate gay men? Anyway reddit is stuffed with trolls and other lesser creatures. Sometimes you just need to ignore them. People are just being idiots on purpose. And some really are genuinely stupid. I wish there was a place around here somehow that isn't filled to the brim with absolute idiots.

I'm pretty sure that women who support this and actually buy it look like Prince Charles.

The original thought of feminism was to give women the same rights as men. Which is in all fairness absolutely fine. Feminism today is more like "KILL ALL MEN!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" Which is slightly autistic and I can't really support this.

Admitting a crime for no apparent reason. So, why did she do it then?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
