I generally agree but there’s nothing wrong with reading an interesting book every once in a while

You can get both and invite them to events and parties. A lot of success at your age comes from navigating social circles effectively.

Don’t ghost her right away, let it naturally die out. Besides neither girl may be expecting much in the way of communication, Snapchat is so impersonal. As a general rule you’re better off going for the number and getting shot down than wasting time and energy on the back end Snapchatting someone who isn’t truly interested. If anything go for the number first and settle for Snapchat if you don’t succeed.

You’ve misunderstood my point. A lot if it comes down to believing in yourself just going for it regardless of the outcome may be. Also being able to do the former after the person prior shut you down.

Yeah. You’re thoughts and beliefs dictate the way you view reality.

Myself and many others think there’s objective truth / God but this is still relevant and useful advice that does not contradict with the former

You cannot negotiate attraction. You can give it shot but just keep in mind you may be throwing good time after bad. It’s often better to improve yourself, and return to them down the road. They may have a much better opinion of you then. It’s lot easier for people to change their minds on their own rather than you trying to convince them to do so.

I’m dealing with this myself. At this point I’ve come to the conclusion that refraining from doing things that don’t make me happy, or are a form of escapism is a good start.

It’s obviously not as comfortable as your own home/ bed but it shouldn’t be that big of an issue. If you’re genuinely concerned about your health and safety, that has more to do with who you are choosing to hookup with as opposed to where.

I’ve done a lot of sales and public speaking this Learned to control my voice. Typically a higher fast talking voice is a sign of nervousness which can be good or bad. Ideally you’re looking for a lower pitched and tone slower delivery from women

First rule of love...love thyself, you’re attracting women with problems because you likely have some issues that you probably haven’t dealt with properly. It looks like you’ve gotten some help but continue up with it. Which is perfectly fine, a lot of guys turn to seduction to fill some type of void or another. You have to feel like you are worthy of the best to get it

Most people are also pretty chill about it. Just don’t be a dick and show up with a bunch of dudes and no alcohol

Don’t worry about it. You’re a man, we are visual creatures. If you get caught just own it, it’s the quick repel or glance away that makes it weird.

Make friends that go to college, and then show up to their parties

Exactly. Far too often people try to make seduction an intellectual pursuit that is rarely put into practice. There’s been plenty of times that I just went for it even though I figured my chances were pretty low and I still succeed.

I found that the X factor with men that are generally successful with women (even if the guy isn’t great looking or brings a whole lot to the table) is that they are constantly pulling or willing to pull the trigger with women. Generally, just having the stones to go for it, whether that be a number, kiss, hookup, etc. will do a lot of the heavy lifting for you. ABC = always be closing

Touch early and often. Start small and continually escalate throughout the date. Preferably start off with a hug or lead her by the small of her back into where the date is to get the ball rolling and set the tone.

Even in the United States were lockdowns are less strict and at least where I live there’s little crime, for a number of reasons cold approaching has been quite difficult during Covid.

Perhaps. I was picking up on the idea that “career should be completely detached from your dating life” being common sense.

You don’t necessarily need to read a book to know not to dip your pen in company ink or fish of the company pier, specially is this day and age. If you grew up with a dad, he should’ve told you that.

Yeah depending on how the conversation goes. Don’t complicate things. The biggest step is just striking up the conversation and asking for the number.
/r/seduction07/02/21 06:57 PM

If your main goal is baby steps and just making like conversations then just start with commonplace questions. Ask for suggestions regarding stores, products, etc. if you feel comfortable then progress the conversation to other topics.

Likewise. Having the nerve to constantly pull the trigger goes a lot further than most typical dating advice. As for finances go on cheap dates, perhaps with the exception of someone you’re in a long term relationship with or about to be. With few exceptions (the extreme high end and extreme low end) the amount you spend won’t increase/decrease your chances of success.

Just general advice, I’d touch early and often when going out on a date. And by touching I don’t mean the friendsy high five stuff. The alternative is awkward tension at the end when you go for a kiss despite the girl not being at least somewhat aroused. If a girl doesn’t want to be touched so soon she will definitely let you know. From there it’s up to you whether you want to pursue an uphill battle negotiating physical attraction.

Could say they like to drink / like tequila and that segues you into asking her out for a drink

I wouldn’t skirt or avoid the subject that generally your options in high quality women tend to be proportional to your career and finances. A high quality woman we be willing to take a chance on a guy that has potential such as broke med/law school student or even a guy working a good trade. So if you lack the ability to provide a great life for you and her, you should be at least moving in that direction.

Books or videos are great, though a lot of leaning and progressing with women when you lack experience is pulling the trigger all the time and rarely hitting the target. The more you try to escalate things physically and fail, the more you’ll learn and get better at it. I’ve been rejected by way more women than any of my friends, but I’ve also been with way more women then my friends. I imagine that’s pretty common for the people on this forum.

This is pretty good advice. I’d like to throw in a caveat though. You cannot make a particular girl like, but if you put a lot of work toward you physical and financial health, you will find a lot of other girls that do.

Talk about what you normally want to talk about. If you’re planning on dating someone long term, that will weed out people without similar interests or people you wouldn’t normally enjoy conversing with.

I think a lot of the negative associations with Indian men come from particular stereotypes that aren’t always the case. I.e the accent, being nerdy, or scrawny. All of which are under the guy’s control and can be improved upon.

When it comes to online dating, strike while the iron is hot. If the girl is willing to do a phone call over the app and the resulting call is a least decent, then no sense in not just asking her out at the end of the call. Also, as others have pointed out, girls initiate on bumble so you want the girl to be selling herself. In this regard, qualifying but broad statements in your profile provide a good segue to do so.

In my experience, girls tend to flock to or subtlety make themselves available when you are enjoying yourself, making friends, and are the life of the party. In contrast if pulling chicks is your only focus, many girls will pick up on that vibe and take pleasure in shutting you down.

As mention by others here: Good Social Skills, Money, and fame to some degree is achievable and will go a long way. As for looks, they a much easily to approve than first appear. While you cannot change your height or facial structure, a combination of the following can really improve your looks: -Work out and obtain a good body -Get higher end but affordable close and shoes that fit you well -Sit out in the sun or go to a salon for a tan -Get a great haircut from a good barber -Consider some ta…

You shouldn’t need online dating while you’re in college. It’s like catching fish at a trout farm. Once you get a bit older and move into the real world, you’re not constantly surrounded by attractive and available women (with the exception of certain cities).
