Right and the best way to attain equality is to encourage more men to join "female dominated" industry. Not the other way around. Inviting people into your sphere rather than trying to take away theirs is always going to be more successful. You want to take closed off social spheres look at the women at your work. I, for one, have never worked for a minority manager. I have never worked for a person that even remotely looks like me. I worked in a supermarket through college and for some reason I always got to stock the detergent aisle pulling out 800lb pallets while the girl on the crew got to choose what her assignment would be.
