So apparently its okay for women to watch porn but not for menI never heard of this. Addiction and unhealthy expectations of sex and intimacy due to porn cut both ways. | /r/MensRights | 04/05/24 05:10 PM

We have a generation of men who don't know what they are doing wrong.I met and started dating my wife right before all these datings apparently went mainstream and I am so freaking happy about it. Funny thing is she also says if we were to hypothetically split she would probably stay single as well. We are both “institutionalized” to the old dating scene of at least having to talk in person for a bit to exchange numbers. Which requires at least the bare minimum social skills and like you said can be seen as creepy. Relearning it all would be exhausting | /r/MensRights | 13/04/24 10:20 AM

Prostate cancer cases worldwide likely to double by 2040, analysis findsProbably is prostate cancer specifically is gonna develop in every dude it just depends whether you live long enough to be a problem. My dad died late last year at 60 from it and i just started preventative baseline establishment at 35. Basically said you PSA(if i remember the acronym correctly) goes up naturally as you age, nothing we do can change this. You might be genetically predisposed to have a higher baseline psa like I am, but the longer you are alive the higher that number goes thus ev… | /r/MensRights | 06/04/24 11:16 AM

Do you think men and women will eventually be able to have healthy normal relationships again?Hope things get better my dude. I know it’s cliche but i just broke out of a pretty long depression as well. It gets better, find hope where you can, don’t lose it completely | /r/MensRights | 18/12/23 03:04 PM
Do you think men and women will eventually be able to have healthy normal relationships again?I was talking about this with my wife the other day. I have been in our relationship tor nearly 15 years and if it abruptly ended i would probably just die a widower. This dating scene is just insane if you are a working professional | /r/MensRights | 18/12/23 10:14 AM
Why in bloody heck would a man want to get married in this day and age?Tax and financial purposes. Way easier with two workers nowadays | /r/MensRights | 17/12/23 01:36 PM
Why aren’t men allowed room to grieveYeah I can understand in court and you guys with your adversarial system and decorum. I was speaking with in general, like in the office during investigations or other pretrial phases. Mine unfortunately were guys being a bit more emotional reactive rather than still switched on and process the trauma and nevering end horror of what humans can to each other later. Every once in a while that bubble burst too. Can’t say I recall ever crying on shift sans police funerals but I have definitely cried… | /r/MensRights | 28/11/23 08:41 PM
Why aren’t men allowed room to grieveJfc that office blows. I was in law enforcement for a decadeish before a career change and while i can count on one hand how many times I have seen other guys just lose it; everyone else is at least empathetic enough to support you because we all crack and break, the timing and processing it different for everyone. Getting fired over it is insane. Some case files it’s probably unhealthy if you aren’t venting from time to time | /r/MensRights | 28/11/23 06:48 PM
Rules for police to take domestic violence seriously tend to see a rise in recognising female offenders. (Feminsts seem surprised...)Former US law enforcement here. We do. Every state in the union has mandatory arrest laws on the books for visible injuries. We are trained to determine the primary aggressor and that person goes to jail and is charged with at least simple assault. Sex has zero role in the game. I have personally arrested both. Sometimes both sides of the couple weeks apart. All that matters is who is the primary aggressor when we show up and if there are visible injuries. | /r/MensRights | 24/11/23 03:50 PM
| -2 | Does anyone care about the MEN dying in Gaza?A lot of them would be military age Hamas fighters so no. | /r/MensRights | 18/11/23 02:44 PM |
